流通系シンクタンクを経て1988年科学技術に特化した公益シンクタンクに入所。官公庁からの委託業務を担当。主として科学技術政策や研究開発システムに関する調査研究に従事。文部科学省のデルファイ調査では、第6回から第9回まで実査の責任者。2005年専門社会調査士。2012年10月に大阪大学大型教育研究プロジェクト支援室着任、2021年4月より現職。
調査・分析、提言活動の経験を生かして、大阪大学のプレゼンス向上に貢献したいと思います。

He received his master's degree in environmental science from University of Tsukuba. He joined the non-profit think tank specializing in science and technology in 1988. He was mainly engaged in research on science and technology policy and R&D systems. In the Delphi survey conducted by the MEXT, he was responsible for the sixth to the ninth survey. He qualified for the Advanced Social Researcher certification in 2005. In 2012, he joined Osaka University as a URA. Since then, he has been working with enhancing the university's research capacity.
